This role involves various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
The Offer:
- Coordinate the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations).
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Provide guidance and support for employees, assist in conflict resolution.
- Support goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. Provide guidance to managers and employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare employment contracts, HR policies, and procedures manuals.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Openness and adaptability to work in multicultural environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in English and French.
- Analytical and quantitive skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws would be beneficial.
