Role Description

As a key member of our nursing team, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive healthcare services to residents, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Collaborate closely with a team of medical professionals to provide top-quality care.
• Manage and maintain hygiene and safety standards within the facility.
• Assist in the daily routines of residents, tailoring care to individual needs.
• Handle inventory controls and ensure necessary supplies are always available.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in nursing or a comparable healthcare role.
• Education: Must have a Diploma in Nursing or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to ethical care provision.
• Language: Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level as a minimum, mandatory).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and relocate to Northern Germany.
• Personality: Passionate about caring for the elderly and able to adapt to the dynamic needs of residents.

• Salary: Competitive monthly starting salary of 2,200 gross.
