As an Account Manager in Málaga (on-site), you will be at the forefront of cloud technology sales, working with innovative solutions to transform businesses.

The Offer:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a strong first impression and growing your portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses integrate advanced cloud technologies into their operations.
  • Identify new business opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses to thrive using cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual Swedish and fluent in English.
    1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
  • Bonus points if you have experience with Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365, or hold a Microsoft Fundamentals certification.
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and expanding your portfolio.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, helping businesses adopt advanced cloud technologies.
