The Offer:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a strong first impression and growing your portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses integrate advanced cloud technologies into their operations.
- Identify new business opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses to thrive using cloud solutions.
- Work closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements:
- Bilingual Swedish and fluent in English.
1-2 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or customer success. - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
- Bonus points if you have experience with Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365, or hold a Microsoft Fundamentals certification.
- Be the first point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and expanding your portfolio.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping businesses adopt advanced cloud technologies.
