The Role:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content, including posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to our target audience.
- Manage all social media channels and ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant techniques to maximize reach and impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Analyze social media metrics and report on performance, making recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in creating and managing social media campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of current market trends and consumer behaviour.
- C1 Level of English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
