The Offer:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Conduct background checks and assist in offer negotiations.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to attract top talent.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.
  • Represent the company professionally and promote ethical recruitment practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and great communication skills in English;
  • Experience in recruitment- at least 6 months;
  • At least 6 months of recruitment experience.
  • On-site role with hybrid options available after onboarding.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
