The Offer

• Help create a warm and welcoming environment for guests
• Make sure guests are seated immediately and receive menus
• Make sure all requests and questions from guests and guests are answered quickly and effectively
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure proper transmission of orders to the different departments needed
• Ensure efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in accordance with guests' expectations
• Ensure an exceptional level of service at all times
  Organized, clear and timely
• Handling of guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction at all times and to ensure that all customer complaints and comments are reported to management
• Support in setting up, preparing, and performing service tasks for functions as needed
• Supporting kitchen staff as needed and in accordance with Hygiene and safety regulations
• Ensure that all front and guest areas are well attended at all times

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in hotels or restaurants will be a plus
• Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
