The Offer

• Set up concepts and maintain the restaurant’s identity
• Ensure the extension of the restaurant’s reputation
• Responsible for supporting the restaurant’s teams
• Supervise all tasks related to communication and facilitation
• Coordinate and supervise teams to manage stocks and supply food products
• Ensure restaurant’s good image
• Responsible for operational costs and controlling the budget
• Manage business opportunities for the restaurant

Requirements

• Being passionate about Food and Beverage
• Experience in F&B management for a 4-star hotel
• Degree in Hospitality management or hotels
• Fluent communication in English (verbal and written)
• Good computer ability
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
