The Offer
Assist customer by the telephone, emails and chat
Offer technical assistance on the platform
Apply the correct escalation process when necessary
Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer
Identify, study and propose the best solution to help the customer
Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished
Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and intermediate level in English
Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus
Genuine care giver with a problem solver mind
Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
Comfortable with phone calls, email writing and social media
