You have at least 6 months experience in the recruitment area (tech profiles would be ideal)

What is this position about?
You will be responsible for 2 pillars: Candidates community and Business partnering;
Youll create several pools of candidates according to their expertise areas;
Youll interview candidates and advise them in order to improve their job situations;
Youll coordinate Evaluation Meetings between candidates and partners;
Youll take in charge the whole selection process and will be the SPOC for both candidates and partners;
Youll be able to create the full sales cycle from scratch, from prospect activities to account management;
Youll be capable of creating your own sales strategy;
Youll liaise with different clients, creating partnerships, identifying needs and tackling their recruitment problems;
Youll be financially responsible of your own Business Unit in order to be optimise it (invoices, contracts, etc.).
