Job brief

Our client a leading Dental Clinic with track records and awards of success seeks the services of entry-level Dentists, and independently experienced Dentists to help in the planning and implementation of dental diagnoses and also perform advanced dental procedures on patients according to their oral health needs.

Responsibilities

* Attend to the dental needs of patients, perform quality dental care services and implement advanced dental procedures.
* Provides clinical supervision to the dental and medical assistants.
* Ensure the most efficient delivery of patient services to ensure the satisfaction of patients.
* Maintain dental records of patients and accurately documents review of medical history and physical status of patients.
* Operate technical dental machines in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
* Comply with all practices policies and procedures on diagnosis, treatment, etc.
* Provide new ideas for patient care and practice development.
* Meet monthly assigned production target.

Requirements

* Bachelor in Dental Surgery.
* Minimum of 2 years of extensive expert knowledge in dentistry and in quality management.

      * Requires skills in evaluating, planning, or integrating analysis of data to formulate policies and strategies.
       * Requires delegating/supervisory knowledge and experience to help manage subordinates effectively.
       * Familiarity and proficiency with advanced dental technologies
