Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior AI Trainer – Management Consultant to support the development of advanced AI models capable of solving complex business and strategic challenges.
In this role, you will leverage your consulting experience to create, evaluate, and refine sophisticated business scenarios, ensuring AI-generated outputs reflect the analytical rigor, structured thinking, and executive-level recommendations expected from top-tier consulting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic AI Content Development

• Develop high-quality business strategy scenarios based on real-world consulting engagements.
• Create structured business cases covering corporate strategy, market entry, transformation, organizational design, and operational excellence.
• Design executive-level problem-solving exercises that improve AI reasoning capabilities.

Solution Review & Quality Assurance

• Review AI-generated consulting outputs for strategic accuracy and business relevance.
• Validate recommendations against consulting best practices and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality and professional standards.

AI Training & Continuous Improvement

• Produce gold-standard solutions for complex strategic business cases.
• Review and calibrate work completed by other contributors.
• Escalate ambiguous or edge-case scenarios to Functional SME Leads where necessary.
• Provide feedback that enhances AI reasoning, decision-making, and analytical performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
• 8–15 years of strategy or management consulting experience.
• Experience at Engagement Manager, Principal, Senior Manager, Associate Partner, Partner, or equivalent level.
• Previous experience with a top-tier or reputable boutique consulting firm is highly desirable.
• Experience in AI evaluation, quality assurance, content review, or data annotation is an advantage but not mandatory.
