Role Overview
Our client is seeking experienced Financial and Investment Analysts to contribute to the development of advanced Artificial Intelligence models. This role involves creating, evaluating, and refining complex financial analysis tasks that help train AI systems to produce technically accurate, commercially relevant, and well-reasoned outputs.
The successful candidate will leverage professional expertise in financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and corporate finance to improve the quality and accuracy of AI-generated financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
AI Training & Financial Content Development
- Develop realistic financial and investment scenarios to train advanced AI systems.
- Create technically accurate finance tasks involving valuation, forecasting, financial modelling, and investment analysis.
- Produce comprehensive solutions supported by appropriate assumptions, calculations, and professional recommendations.
- Ensure financial content reflects current industry practices and analytical standards.
Financial Analysis & Investment Research
- Build and review financial models for valuation and forecasting exercises.
- Develop investment research tasks covering equity research, portfolio analysis, and capital markets.
- Evaluate company financial statements and identify key financial drivers.
- Create scenarios involving corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business performance evaluation.
- Develop credit analysis and risk assessment exercises.
Quality Assurance & Model Evaluation
- Review AI-generated responses for technical accuracy and completeness.
- Validate assumptions, calculations, methodologies, and analytical reasoning.
- Refine AI outputs to ensure alignment with professional financial standards.
- Apply established evaluation frameworks and quality guidelines.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with senior reviewers and subject matter experts.
- Incorporate calibration feedback to continuously improve task quality.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality financial datasets that improve AI performance.
- Maintain consistency across all assigned deliverables.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience3–8 years of experience as an Analyst or Associate within:
- Investment Banking
- Asset Management

Professional Certifications
- CFA Level II or above is required.
- Candidates actively progressing toward the CAIA qualification are encouraged to apply.
- Completed CFA or CAIA designation is highly desirable, particularly for candidates with 5–6 years of experience.
