About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced HR Managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and HR professionals to contribute their expertise to the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems.
In this role, you will use your real-world HR experience to create, assess, and refine realistic workplace scenarios, HR policies, organizational structures, employee relations cases, and people-management processes. Your expertise will help ensure that AI systems produce accurate, practical, and enterprise-ready HR guidance.
This is an opportunity to apply your HR knowledge in the rapidly growing AI training and evaluation space, without requiring prior AI experience.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Advisory
- Develop realistic HR scenarios involving workforce planning, organizational strategy, employee management, and business partnering.
- Apply practical HR knowledge to evaluate workplace situations and recommend appropriate people-management solutions.
- Assess organizational structures, reporting relationships, workforce requirements, and HR processes.
- Develop practical recommendations aligned with established HR principles and enterprise business practices.
HR Policy & Process Development
- Create and evaluate realistic HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and employee frameworks.
- Develop end-to-end HR process workflows covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Review HR policies for clarity, consistency, practicality, and alignment with workplace standards.
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies in HR processes and recommend appropriate improvements.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Develop realistic scenarios involving employee grievances, workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters, and performance concerns.
- Evaluate appropriate HR responses to complex employee relations situations.
- Design performance management scenarios, processes, and evaluation frameworks.
- Assess whether proposed HR actions are fair, practical, consistent, and appropriate for the workplace.
AI Training & Evaluation
- Create high-quality HR tasks and scenarios for training and evaluating advanced AI systems.
- Review AI-generated HR responses and assess their accuracy, relevance, completeness, and practical applicability.
- Develop gold-standard answers, evaluation criteria, and scoring rubrics for HR-related AI outputs.
- Identify inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unrealistic AI-generated HR recommendations.
Provide clear feedback to improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated HR content.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Verify that HR scenarios, policies, and AI outputs reflect professional HR standards and applicable employment practices.
- Apply established project guidelines and quality standards consistently when reviewing and grading outputs.
- Identify complex or ambiguous HR cases and escalate them to the appropriate Functional SME Lead.
- Incorporate reviewer and calibration feedback to continuously improve the quality of submitted work.
Project Delivery & Collaboration
- Work effectively within a specialized functional team responsible for HR AI training and evaluation.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established project timelines.
- Collaborate with senior reviewers and other HR experts to maintain consistency and quality across deliverables.
- Support project milestones by delivering high-quality HR content that meets defined evaluation standards.
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is an advantage:
- AI evaluation or AI training
- Data annotation
- Content review
- Quality assurance
- Model evaluation
- Analytical or research-based work
- Developing assessment frameworks or scoring rubrics
- Prior AI experience is not required.
