ROLE SUMMARY
The Advantage Connect is responsible for driving the lifecycle management, performance, and growth of the Advantage Connect business model.
The role focuses on defining product strategy, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring effective implementation of distribution structures to achieve revenue, customer satisfaction, and business growth targets.
The role requires strong leadership across franchise networks, partner ecosystems, and sales teams to ensure consistent execution of the Advantage Connect model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Management

  • Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for the Advantage Connect model.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, design, testing, launch, to end-of-life.
  • Develop positioning and messaging for the Advantage Connect platform.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the product domain.

Sales & Distribution Management

  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training of Life Planners (LPs) and partners.
  • Implement and monitor distribution structures across multiple sales levels.
  • Track sales performance and ensure achievement of set revenue targets.
  • Design and manage incentive and bonus structures to drive performance.

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement

  • Engage franchisees, team leads, and LPs through regular weekly interactions.
  • Coordinate with Business Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Training teams to ensure alignment.
  • Work with external partners to assess collaboration and licensing opportunities.

Performance Reporting & Execution

  • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and performance reports.
  • Provide insights on sales performance, distribution efficiency, and business growth.
  • Support training teams in refining onboarding and learning materials.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS


  • Minimum of a first degree in any discipline
  • 5+ years' experience in product management, retail sales, or distribution
  • Strong leadership and people management capability
  • Proven experience in launching or managing business products
  • Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
