Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Trainer – Tax Advisors / Preparers to support the development of advanced AI systems by contributing deep expertise in U.S. taxation. In this role, you will create, review, and refine sophisticated tax-related scenarios that enhance AI's ability to interpret regulations, evaluate tax positions, and generate accurate, practical guidance aligned with professional standards.
This opportunity is ideal for senior tax professionals with extensive experience in tax advisory, compliance, planning, and regulatory interpretation across multiple taxation areas.
Key Responsibilities
AI Training & Content Development
- Create complex tax-related tasks and gold-standard solutions covering a wide range of U.S. tax scenarios.
- Review AI-generated tax content for technical accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure outputs reflect current professional practices and practical tax workflows.
- Develop realistic tax cases that improve AI reasoning and decision-making capabilities.
- Evaluate complex tax returns, tax positions, and compliance scenarios.
- Interpret U.S. tax laws and regulations to validate AI-generated recommendations.
- Identify technical inaccuracies, compliance risks, and ambiguous tax treatments.
- Ensure consistency with professional tax standards and best practices.
- Review and calibrate work produced by other contributors.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all project deliverables.
- Escalate complex technical issues, edge cases, and policy ambiguities when necessary.
- Participate in quality improvement and calibration sessions.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and project leads to refine evaluation standards.
- Incorporate feedback to continuously improve deliverables.
- Meet project timelines while maintaining exceptional quality.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or
- Enrolled Agent (EA) credential
