Requirements
- Drive cross-functional project teams
- Manage/develop/plan a comprehensive scheduled working flow for the projects
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project as well as manage each projects scope and timeline
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Assess project risks, issues as well as provide corresponding solutions
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Submit progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Create a working environment that allows everyone to work to the best of their abilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology and its frameworks, Scrum in particular
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Excellent command of English language
- Good facilitation and analytical skills
- Ability to quickly gain the technical, behavioral and contextual elements of a project
- Multitasking ability
