About the Role
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Representatives with Spanish language skills to join a dynamic customer service team in Spain. This role involves providing high-quality support to customers, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Follow company procedures and quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluent German (C1/C2 level).
- Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or contact center environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer support tools.
- Availability to work assigned shifts.
