Role Overview

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support international customers across Dutch and UK markets. You will handle inbound queries, provide assistance with service-related issues, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be based in Portugal due to contract and operational requirements. The role follows a shift-based schedule with 24/7 coverage, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer support requests via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist customers with account and service-related inquiries
  • Deliver high-quality support in Dutch and English
  • Accurately log customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow internal procedures and service standards
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant teams

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
  • Basic computer and CRM tool proficiency
  • Customer-first mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
