Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to build and scale a high-impact go-to-market (GTM) engine from the ground up. This role is focused on driving measurable pipeline growth, enabling sales performance, and refining messaging to support enterprise deal cycles.

You will work closely with Revenue and Sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue outcomes and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation

  • Own and drive measurable marketing contribution to new business pipeline
  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM), events, and targeted campaigns aligned with ICP
  • Support aggressive growth targets through high-impact demand generation

Brand Awareness

  • Increase visibility among top-tier enterprise prospects
  • Manage presence at conferences and industry events
  • Execute strategic ABM plays to strengthen market positioning

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and maintain high-quality collateral (ROI tools, decks, discovery guides, executive materials)
  • Partner with sales teams to improve conversion rates and reduce deal cycle time

Messaging & Positioning

  • Continuously refine value propositions based on market feedback
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Validate messaging through outreach, win/loss analysis, and real-world insights

Market Insights

  • Analyze signals from customers, competitors, and events
  • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles (>$100K ACV, multi-stakeholder deals)
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries preferred
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Hands-on experience with ABM and field marketing (events, executive engagement)

  • Strong analytical mindset (pipeline metrics, conversion rates, ROI)
  • Close collaboration with sales teams and leadership
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, compelling narratives
  • Self-starter who can execute campaigns end-to-end in fast-paced environments
