Role Overview

We are hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agent to join an international customer service operation in Malta. Relocation support is available for candidates currently based abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts related to airline services

• Assist with reservations, changes, and general passenger inquiries

• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently

• Deliver a professional and customer-focused service experience

• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

• Meet service quality and performance targets

Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• Shifts between 09:00 – 18:30

• 8-hour shifts, rotational within the time window

Requirements

• German C2 level (mandatory)

• English C1 level

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work on-site in Malta

• Open to local candidates and candidates currently abroad

• Relocation to Malta is supported
