About the Role

We are looking for a German + English speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international tech support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth user experience, and turning challenges into positive outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is solution-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer cases
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication
  • Document issues accurately and track case progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is needed

Requirements

  • Fluent German + English (written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Tech-savvy with willingness to learn new systems
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Sales experience is a plus
