Role Overview

We're hiring a 3D Motion & Marketing Designer to take full ownership of visual storytelling and bring a high-end, dynamic identity to life across all brand touchpoints.

This is not just an execution role — you'll shape how the brand looks, feels, and moves. From social content to product launches and campaigns, your work will directly influence perception, engagement, and growth.

You'll collaborate closely with Product Design and Marketing leadership, while having the autonomy to push creative boundaries and elevate the brand.

What You'll Do

Own Motion & 3D Design

• Lead all 3D and motion initiatives across marketing channels
• Create visually striking animations, assets, and campaign content
• Develop 3D visuals (modeling, lighting, texturing, rendering) at a high standard

Drive Creative Impact

• Translate ideas into compelling visual narratives
• Contribute to campaign concepts, storyboards, and creative direction
• Continuously improve and evolve the brand's visual identity

Collaborate & Execute

• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure consistency
• Deliver high-quality assets across social, launches, partnerships, and events
• Maintain a premium, cohesive look across all outputs

What We're Looking For

• Expert in motion design (After Effects) + strong 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift, Octane, etc.)
• Advanced 3D skills: modeling, lighting, texturing, rendering
• Strong compositing and editing ability
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end motion + 3D work

Nice to Have

• Sound design and audio synchronization skills
• Video editing experience (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Experience evolving an existing brand (not just creating from scratch)
• Familiarity with Lottie and Spline
• Exposure to Crypto/Web3
