About the Role

We are hiring a German-Speaking Technical Business Developer to support small and medium-sized businesses by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored digital and technical solutions. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in driving business growth.

This role combines business development, sales, and technical understanding, offering structured working hours and strong earning potential.

Your Responsibilities

Engage potential customers and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn (inbound & outbound)

Identify, qualify, and develop leads by understanding customer needs and technical requirements

Research SMEs to identify decision-makers, business profiles, and solution fit

Present technical products and digital solutions clearly and convincingly

Build and manage a sales pipeline through proactive outreach and re-engagement campaigns

Close smaller deals independently and escalate qualified opportunities when required

Maintain accurate documentation of all activities in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

Salary & Benefits

Base salary: €3,100 gross per month

Performance-based allowance: up to €700 gross per month

Total earning potential: up to €3,800 gross per month

Full-time permanent contract

Your Profile

Fluent German (C1+) and good English (B2+), written and spoken

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Interest in business development, sales, and technical solutions

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Comfortable using CRM tools and databases

Motivation to learn and grow in a technical sales environment

Nice to Have

Experience in B2B sales, lead development, or SME customer management

Exposure to SaaS, cloud solutions, or digital products
