As a  Customer Service Representative, you'll support Portuguese-speaking customers with travel bookings while delivering a smooth, professional, and friendly customer experience across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Assist with bookings, changes, cancellations, and payment-related questions

  • Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally

  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal procedures

  • Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining service quality

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction targets

Candidate Profile

  • Portuguese: C1–C2 level (mandatory)

  • English: Good working proficiency

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Calm, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment
