About the Role
We're looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing Customer Services team. In this role, you'll provide inbound phone support to customers in the Netherlands, helping them with questions related to social support and long-term care regulations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people, and delivering excellent service in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in Dutch

Support customers with inquiries related to:
- Outstanding balances
- Direct debit payments
- Administrative updates and changes
- Social Support Act & Long-Term Care Act
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- C1 level Dutch (near-native fluency, clear pronunciation)
- B2 level English
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in a phone-based support environment
- Willingness to work on-site in Sofia
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 09:30 – 18:00
Training & Growth
- 1–2 weeks of paid training (depending on progress)
