About the Role

We're looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a growing Customer Services team. In this role, you'll provide inbound phone support to customers in the Netherlands, helping them with questions related to social support and long-term care regulations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people, and delivering excellent service in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls in Dutch
  • Support customers with inquiries related to:
    • Outstanding balances
    • Direct debit payments
    • Administrative updates and changes
    • Social Support Act & Long-Term Care Act
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions
  • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

  • C1 level Dutch (near-native fluency, clear pronunciation)
  • B2 level English
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working in a phone-based support environment
  • Willingness to work on-site in Sofia

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:30 – 18:00

Training & Growth

  • 1–2 weeks of paid training (depending on progress)
