Location: Stuttgart, Germany (Hybrid – ~3 days remote)
Employment Type: Full-time (part-time negotiable)
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 gross/year + performance bonus
Role Summary
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support expansion into European markets. This role is focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation, working closely with Sales Engineers to build a strong pipeline.
You will play a key role in introducing solutions to traditionally conservative B2B customers and driving early-stage sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
- Identify and research potential customers across Europe
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Cold calling will represent ~50–60% of daily activities
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Generate qualified leads for Sales Engineers
- Book product demo meetings with decision-makers
CRM & Process Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities
- Ensure structured follow-up and pipeline visibility
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams
- Support market education and awareness efforts
Required Qualifications
- Strong motivation for cold calling and outbound sales
- Confident communicator with customer-facing experience
- Fluent German (C2) and English (C1–C2 preferred)
- Strong research and prospecting skills
- Sales mindset with hunter mentality
- High resilience and persistence in B2B environments
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Additional languages (Spanish, Italian, French)
- Previous experience in sales (any industry)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: €45,000 – €55,000
- Bonus: Company performance bonus (~13th salary)
