About the Role
A graduate-level or early-career Aerospace Engineer or Technician is sought to contribute to cutting-edge eVTOL aircraft development.
This role is ideal for engineers who are flexible, hands-on, and eager to work across a variety of aerospace disciplines. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills while making a real impact on next-generation urban air mobility technology.
Key Responsibilities

Apply first principles and systems-led approaches to develop designs, simulations, systems, and aircraft

Participate actively as an integral team member, projecting positive behaviours and influence onto the team

Follow and apply aerospace standards and specifications appropriate to the discipline

Challenge the status quo, bringing new ideas to improve engineering quality, productivity, and delivery timelines

Enforce standards and ensure rigor, resilience, and continuous improvement in design solutions

Act as a project integrator and interface with project management and other engineering teams

Stay current with industry developments and implement best practices in your work

Drive continuous improvement of processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall performance
Requirements
-
3+ years of relevant experience in aerospace or automotive engineering, systems development, or testing

Hands-on experience in engineering, simulation, or prototyping is preferred
-
Familiarity with eVTOL Certification regulations (TCCA, FAA, EASA) is a plus
-
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Eagerness to learn and take on varying engineering tasks in a dynamic environment
