Role Overview

We are looking for Car Rental Reservations Agents to join a contact centre team in Malta. In this role, you will assist customers with car rental bookings, modifications, and general inquiries while delivering a high standard of customer service and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to car rental reservations

• Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and queries

• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and terms

• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and sales conversion

• Maintain accurate records in internal systems

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday

• Shifts between 08:00 and 19:00

• 8-hour shifts, rotational schedule

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and English (mandatory)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
