Salary: $70,000 – $150,000 + 2% equity

Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth & Outbound Specialist to drive new business pipeline through a mix of outbound sales and creative growth experimentation. This role blends traditional SDR/BDR responsibilities with a growth hacker mindset — testing channels, iterating quickly, and focusing on measurable revenue impact.

Success in this role is defined by qualified opportunities generated and deals closed, not just activity or meetings booked.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Generation

  • Build and manage a consistent flow of net-new opportunities
  • Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Own prospecting efforts targeting relevant brands and decision-makers

Outbound Execution

  • Deliver 50–100+ targeted outbound touchpoints daily
  • Craft personalized, non-templated cold outreach that converts
  • Continuously optimize messaging and targeting strategies

Growth Experimentation

  • Test new channels, tactics, and outreach strategies
  • Apply a data-driven approach to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality
  • Iterate quickly based on performance insights

Revenue Impact

  • Focus on generating pipeline that converts into revenue
  • Collaborate closely with sales and leadership to hit growth targets

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or growth roles
  • Background in startups or agencies with hands-on outbound ownership
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close opportunities
  • Strong cold outreach and copywriting skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity (50–100+ touchpoints/day)
  • High resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Strong bias toward action and execution

Preferred Background

  • Experience in the creator economy or consumer-focused industries
  • Former founders or builders in relevant spaces
  • Experience at major agencies (e.g., Omnicom, Publicis, WPP, Dentsu, Ogilvy)
  • Brand-side marketing experience
  • Startup SDR/BDR experience with scrappy, ownership-driven environments
