About the Role

We are looking for a Content Moderator to join an international digital platform's Trust & Safety team in Porto. In this role, you will help ensure a safe online environment by reviewing and managing user-generated content in line with platform policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) in Italian
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and community standards
• Identify and escalate sensitive, harmful, or policy-violating content
• Apply guidelines consistently and make accurate moderation decisions
• Maintain quality and productivity KPIs in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with global Trust & Safety teams to improve platform safety

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (C2/native level)
• English B2 or higher (for internal communication and training)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines strictly
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Emotional resilience when dealing with sensitive content
• Good communication and teamwork skills
