About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a high-performing team in Sofia. In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and driving early-stage sales opportunities.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys combining communication skills with sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers via phone, email, and digital channels
• Qualify leads and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
• Accurately track activities and pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach strategies

Requirements

• German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
