Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with bookings, account issues, payments, changes, and cancellations
- Resolve customer requests efficiently with a strong customer-first mindset
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures
- Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with international remote teams to meet service goals
Candidate Profile
- Italian language: C1–C2 level (mandatory)
- English: B2 level or higher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
