About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to build and scale a high-performing marketing function focused on driving pipeline growth and revenue within the healthcare sector.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for owning marketing end-to-end across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, brand, content, and go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate understands complex healthcare sales environments and knows how to generate high-quality pipeline from provider groups, specialty clinics, and healthcare operators.
You will work closely with executive leadership, sales, and operations teams to establish a repeatable and scalable growth engine in a trust-driven market.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Own and lead all marketing initiatives across demand generation, content, events, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and brand
Build and scale a provider-focused marketing function aligned with healthcare sales cycles
Develop and execute integrated go-to-market strategies that support revenue growth
Pipeline Generation
Generate qualified pipeline from specialty clinics, provider groups, and healthcare operators
Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including inbound, outbound support, partnerships, referrals, events, and ABM strategies
Drive marketing programs focused on high-intent, high-fit healthcare organizations
Positioning & Messaging
Develop compelling positioning and messaging for healthcare audiences
Translate complex clinical and operational workflows into clear value propositions
Ensure messaging resonates with both clinical and operational stakeholders
Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
Lead product launches, case studies, ROI narratives, and sales collateral creation
Support multi-stakeholder sales cycles with effective enablement materials
Partner closely with sales teams to improve conversion rates and deal progression
Demand Generation & Field Marketing
Build and optimize campaigns across paid, lifecycle, referral, and event channels
Own conference strategy, field events, and healthcare industry engagement
Build strategic partnerships and referral-based growth programs
Analytics & Performance
Own reporting and analytics across pipeline, CAC, attribution, and funnel performance
Develop systems that support long sales cycles and multi-touch healthcare buying journeys
Monitor marketing performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth, or GTM leadership
Experience marketing to clinics, provider groups, healthcare operators, or specialty care organizations
Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue outcomes
Deep understanding of complex healthcare buying processes and relationship-driven sales
Experience translating operational and clinical workflows into effective messaging
Strong analytical skills with experience managing pipeline metrics, CAC, conversion rates, and attribution
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High-agency, hands-on leadership style with strong execution capabilities
Nice to Have
Experience working with MSK clinics or specialty care organizations
Familiarity with healthcare operations and clinic economics
Experience with healthcare compliance or regulated industries
Knowledge of modern digital marketing and CRM platforms
Experience scaling marketing teams in startup or high-growth environments
