About the Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-paced, growth-focused team. In this role, you'll focus on cold outreach, lead generation, and qualification, playing a key part in building a strong sales pipeline.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with cold calling experience who enjoys working in sales and wants to grow within a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to prospective clients
• Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality sales leads
• Apply proven lead generation and qualification methodologies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
• Track activities and performance using CRM tools

Requirements

• Italian1 level) and English (B2 level)
• Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience
• Strong understanding of business development and lead qualification
• Experience in tech or digital advertising is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 09:00 – 18:00
