About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Representatives with Spanish language skills to join a dynamic customer service team in Spain. This role involves providing high-quality support to customers, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Follow company procedures and quality standards.
  • Accurately document customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1/C2 level).
  • Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Previous experience in customer service, support, or contact center environments is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer support tools.
  • Availability to work assigned shifts.
