About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer experience team while working remotely from Greece.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality support experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely support to customers
  • Identify customer issues and deliver effective solutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Meet performance KPIs and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams when needed

Requirements

  • Fluent French (C1/C2 – mandatory)
  • Good English (B2+)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
