About the Role
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer experience team while working remotely from Greece.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality support experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely support to customers
- Identify customer issues and deliver effective solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Meet performance KPIs and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Requirements
- Fluent French (C1/C2 – mandatory)
- Good English (B2+)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
