Customer Support Specialist (European Portuguese) –

Working Hours: Monday to Sunday (08:00 – 00:00) – rotating shifts
We are currently recruiting Customer Support Specialists to join a banking customer service team supporting Portuguese-speaking operations.
In this role, you will handle customer interactions and banking-related requests while ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with internal procedures, and strong customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer support via phone, email, and chat
Process banking requests and operational tasks
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory banking procedures
Provide efficient, accurate, and customer-focused service
Maintain proper documentation of cases and follow-up actions
Work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Requirements
Fluent European Portuguese (mandatory)
Good English level (B2 or higher)
Previous experience in contact center/customer support (preferably banking)
Basic knowledge of banking operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused, responsible, and results-oriented mindset
Good computer literacy and ability to multitask
Mandatory Requirements
(PDEADS Certification (Pessoas Diretamente Envolvidas na Atividade de Distribuição de Seguros)
