Compensation: $175,000 – $210,000 Base | OTE: $250,000 – $300,000

Overview
A growing SaaS organization is seeking a Director of Strategic Channel Partnerships to lead the development and execution of strategic alliances, technology partnerships, and channel programs.

This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on execution, focusing on building high-impact partnerships that expand market reach, generate pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel and alliance strategies that drive pipeline growth and partner-generated revenue

  • Identify and engage strategic partnership opportunities across technology and go-to-market ecosystems

  • Design and implement partner incentive programs to expand market reach and drive partner engagement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align partner strategy with revenue goals

  • Lead partner enablement initiatives, equipping partners with the resources, training, and product knowledge needed for success

  • Support internal sales teams through joint account planning, co-selling, and field enablement

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key strategic partners

  • Drive pipeline forecasting and partner revenue tracking, including partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals

  • Monitor and report on partner performance, ROI, and key success metrics

  • Work closely with Product and R&D teams to support technology partnerships and joint solutions

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and scaling channel partnerships in SaaS environments

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market partnership strategies and ecosystem development

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product

  • Ability to build executive-level partner relationships and drive strategic initiatives

  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking pipeline, partner performance, and revenue impact

  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
