• 1 local flight to Durban prior to your start date

• 20 nights accommodation (company-arranged and fully covered)

Your Role:

• Provide professional customer support in German (written & spoken)

• Handle customer queries efficiently and with empathy

• Resolve issues using internal systems and support tools

• Deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment

• Work rotational shifts, including weekends if required

Requirements:

• German proficiency B2 level

• Good command of English for internal communication

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)

• Customer service or call centre experience advantageous
  (Retail experience is a plus)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable with shift work (24/7 rotational schedule)

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
