Legal & Contract Technology Expert
Role Type: Contractor (Part Time)
Location: Remote
Scope of Work
Review, analyze, and provide feedback on legal and contract technology connectors within provided scenarios.
Test assigned tools and functionalities in legal research, eDiscovery, litigation support, and contract management using realistic data and workflows.
Evaluate connector performance, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement from a legal practitioner's perspective.
Document observations clearly, providing actionable insights for technical teams.
Communicate findings via detailed written reports and participate in verbal feedback sessions as needed.
Collaborate with project managers and technical specialists to ensure accuracy and relevance of scenarios and test cases.
Contribute to ongoing scenario refinement to enhance the overall testing process and output quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in legal research, eDiscovery, litigation support, or contract management.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex legal and technical concepts for varied audiences.
Experience participating in or advising on legal technology projects, especially those involving connectors or integrations (nice to have but not required).
Familiarity with AI tools or experience engaging with human data for technology-driven projects (nice to have).
Proven ability to interpret legal scenarios and requirements in the context of software solutions.
Comfort working independently and providing thorough, constructive feedback in a remote engagement setting.
