About the Role:

This is a face-to-face, outside sales role — no desk job here! Youll be out meeting business owners and managers, introducing our staffing services, and building lasting relationships. After you win a new client, youll also manage the account and make sure theyre happy with our service.

No sales experience? No problem. Well train you. What matters most is your attitude, drive, and ability to connect with people. If you love to talk, love to win, and dont shy away from hard work, youll thrive here.

What Youll Do:

Go out into the community to meet businesses and share our staffing solutions

Build rapport with new people daily and turn conversations into clients

Manage the accounts you bring in to ensure great service and retention

Work independently, stay organized, and keep your pipeline full

Represent our brand with positivity and enthusiasm at all times

What Were Looking For:

A bubbly, outgoing personality — people love talking to you

Tons of energy, confidence, and persistence

No sales experience required — just a willingness to learn and work hard

Resilience — you can handle rejection and keep moving forward

A valid drivers license and reliable transportation (youll be out and about every day)
