Description

 client in NYC that is seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst. Responsibilities:

  • Leads deep dive/ad hoc analysis on evolving share, volume and segment issues and recommends appropriate action plans
  • Analyzes impact of sales & marketing performance drivers: distribution, displays, features, space, price dynamics, brand health, media spend to develop insights & recommendations
  • Transforms insights into recommendations to through simple, visual, and action-oriented deliverables that drives common understanding and aligns stakeholders
  • Liaises regularly with key marketing, sales, and insights stakeholders
  • Conducts training as required with region teams and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance
  • Understands competitive threats and results of actions in the marketplace

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-1 years of experience or entry level applicant
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (proficient - VLOOKUP's & large data sets and visualizing data)
  • Ability to create and Maintain Power BI Dashboards strongly preferred
  • Experience in a programming language (object-oriented or database language) preferred
  • Must be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, and be a self-sufficient running projects
