Job Description:
bc/be family physician S. CA
San Bernardino, CA area.
Position Highlights:
- Start Date: ASAP (following approximately 15 days for credentialing)
- Assignment Length: 90 days or longer
- Schedule: 3–5 days per week, 8-hour shifts for 13 weeks
- One day per week: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Remaining days: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Practice Setting: Outpatient FQHC
- Location Requirement: Must be local to the 92402 area and willing to float between all three clinic locations
Clinical Details:
- See approximately 18–20 patients per day
- Must see all scheduled patients and complete charting before leaving each day
- Opportunity to see prenatal patients
- Dedicated support staff, including an RN, MA, and Scribe
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
Required Qualifications:
- Active California Medical License
- DEA
- Board Certification (required)
- BLS Certification
Preferred:
- Academic or teaching experience is a plus, as the organization plans to launch a Family Practice Residency Program by the end of the year.
