Configuration and Document Control Manager

A bachelors degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field, or extensive practical experience.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (Aerospace, Semiconductor, or Medical Device).

A minimum of 4 years of direct experience in Configuration Management or Quality Leadership, specifically managing PLM/ERP workflows for complex hardware.

Skills:

Expertise in PLM platforms (e.g., Arena, Windchill, Teamcenter) and their integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Deep understanding of ASME Y14.35 (Revision of Engineering Drawings) and MIL-STD-973 or similar CM standards.

Demonstrated success in achieving or maintaining AS9100 or ISO 9001 certifications in a startup or growth-stage environment.

Strong quantitative skills for tracking Quality Metrics (Yield, CoPQ, and Audit Findings).
