Design assignments that reflect authentic banking workflows, including pitch preparation, sector coverage, deal execution, and client update processes.
Produce and critique associate-to-VP-level deliverables such as pitchbooks, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), deal memos, and market analyses.
Evaluate model-generated outputs for numerical accuracy, structural integrity, and adherence to banking communication standards.

Identify and annotate common failure modes in banking deliverables, such as incorrect valuation multiples, vague language, or weak transaction rationales.
Contribute insights on best practices for presenting financial modeling outputs within persuasive client-facing documents.
Preferred Qualifications

Exceptional written English with mastery of professional banking register and terminology.
Attention to detail and a commitment to numerical precision in all deliverables.
Master's degree (MBA, MSc Finance) preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
Familiarity with current market conventions and persuasive communication techniques in investment banking contexts.
