About the job HR Associate- Training & Development
The HR Associate Training & Development is responsible for supporting and implementing employee training programs, coordinating learning initiatives, and ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps within the organization
- Align training programs with performance managements and succession planning.
- Source, coordinate, and manage external training providers for
specialized programs - Oversee the process of employee persona training requests,
including approvals and record-keeping - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and employee feedback.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company
policies and industry regulations. - Manage and oversee Employee Development Committee (Events, CSR, Sports, Spirituality, Health & Safety) initiatives and projects.
- Implement recognition programs that acknowledge employee
contributions and achievements. - Analyze HR processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and
opportunities for automation or optimization. - Identify potential risks in HR processes and develop mitigation
strategies to enhance compliance and efficiency. - Support the HR Head in developing new policies that foster a healthy and positive work culture.
