About the job Compliance Associate
The Compliance Associate will assist the compliance Department in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Responsibilities include supporting regulatory reporting, documentation, monitoring compliance processes, and assisting with research on relevant laws and regulations. The associate will also help in coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations and internal policies.
2. Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and compliance-related reports.
3. Conduct research on regulatory updates, industry best practices, and risk-management guidelines.
4. Help in maintaining and organizing compliance records and documentation
5. Support the compliance department in conducting risk assessments and assessments and compliance audits.
6. Assist in handling regulatory inquiries, as needed.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned to support compliance functions.
