Position Summary:

The receptionist is responsible for providing customer service assistance to visitors and clients. This involves handling incoming calls, responding to visitors' inquiries and requests, and maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

  1. Managing the front desk and performing basic support tasks.
  2. Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing the appropriately.
  3. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/
  4. Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
  5. Responsible for maintaining clean and safe reception area; keep it tidy at all times.
