Collections Associate

The Collections Associate is responsible for handling nonperforming accounts from 181 days past due to 270 days and conducts skip tracing for unlocated accounts.

Responsibilities:

1. Recovery bucket deals to those long-time past dues and non-payment clients.
2. Offer account restructuring agreements which allow clients to pay to their requested monthly amortization or partial payment
3. Recovery bucket conduct skip tracing to those confirmed clients that are already hiding and moved out in their given addressed
4. Visits the clients in their given home addresses and check the statuses of the business if are really incapacitated to pay
5. To provide support on all but not limited to the above deliverables.
