Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Athens, Greece. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with excellent cold calling and upselling skills. This role is crucial in driving our business growth within the French market.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience with cold calling and upselling techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful sales
- Engage in proactive cold calling to prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and upsell additional products and services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
